Refund Policy

At DD Luxe (“we,” “us,” “our”), we strive to provide exceptional luxury concierge and travel services. All bookings and services are carefully curated and often involve third-party providers. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before booking.

 

 

1. General Policy

 

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Refunds are only available as outlined in this policy.

  • By booking our services, you acknowledge that certain services are non-refundable due to third-party arrangements or exclusive experiences.

 

 

2. Cancellations by Clients

 

2.1 Luxury Travel & Accommodation Packages:

 

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or third-party fees.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days or more before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.

 

2.2 Concierge or Custom Services:

 

  • Services that are personalized, time-specific, or involve non-recoverable arrangements (e.g., private tours, VIP experiences) are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • In certain cases, services may be rescheduled at our discretion, subject to availability.

 

 

3. Refunds for Third-Party Services

 

  • Some services booked through DD Luxe involve third-party providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, wellness providers).

  • Refunds for these services are subject to the respective provider’s terms and conditions.

  • DD Luxe is not responsible for refund policies imposed by third-party providers but will assist in facilitating claims where possible.

 

 

4. Changes to Bookings

 

  • Any request to modify a booking (dates, service type, or guest details) must be made in writing.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • Changes do not automatically guarantee a refund for the original booking.

 

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

 

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, force majeure), DD Luxe may:

     

    • Offer a full or partial refund at our discretion, or

    • Reschedule services without penalty.

 

 

6. How to Request a Refund

 

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ddluxetours@gmail.com.

  • Requests should include your booking reference, service details, and reason for cancellation.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking, within [X business days].
